Rule 319c Rerate List Submission
(Not to be used for 319a average adjustments - "10 pin Rule")
To help with the enforcement of USBC Rule 319c, USBC is requesting all tournament managers to inform us of those USBC members who have been rerated/adjusted in tournaments whether they bowled with the adjusted average or not. To do this, fill out the form below, hit submit and the information will be sent to USBC. This form must be filled out for each member who has been adjusted/rerated. * NOTE: For the 'Dollars won' field, please include all prize money earned in tournament including brackets and side-pots.
